In 2020, Forward Solutions started a collaborative project
with the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) . It was launched to disinfect
government institutions across Pakistan as a preventive measure against the
spread of COVID-19. The initiative focused on sanitizing high-risk areas within
public offices, including entryways, workspaces, and shared facilities, using
advanced disinfection techniques and approved cleaning agents. The effort
targeted key government buildings and essential service centers to ensure the
safety of employees and visitors. In addition to disinfection, awareness
campaigns were conducted to educate staff on hygiene protocols and the use of
personal protective equipment (PPE). This coordinated effort, carried out with
support from provincial authorities and health departments, played a crucial
role in mitigating the spread of the virus while maintaining critical
government operations during the pandemic.
